I’ve been in the fitness game for almost a decade now, and it’s been a wild ride!

  • FRC Training (Functional Range Conditioning)

  • Level 1 from the Nutrition Coaching Institute.

  • 14 years of tumbling and flipping in gymnastics

  • 6 years coaching the next generation of athletes.

 

I’ve also dipped my toes into the world of physical therapy, learning heaps about keeping bodies in top shape.
 

The Life
When I’m not breaking a sweat, you can find me changing diapers (I recently joined the parent club!), soaking up time with my crew exploring new spots to eat (I’m all about discovering those hidden gems), or finding some time to travel with friends and family (my ultimate happy place). 

 

The Bottom Line
I’m all about helping people get healthier and happier, whether that’s with fitness tips, nutrition advice, or just being a cheerleader for a balanced life. Oh, and squeezing in all the fun I can with the people I love along the way!
