Yaz really highlights the "personal" in trainer. She does not give you the cookie cutter workout which is prescribed by most trainers. I am a active individual, training for marathons, endurance bike rides, weight train 4 times a week while mixing in circuit and HIIT training. When I started to train with Yaz I was looking for techniques to address my various injuries and problem areas. Every session she would come up with something new and inovative that would push and challenge my limits. She was able to resolve some issues that my PT wasn't able to solve.

My 18 year old son and I started working out with Yaz a couple of years ago. She was able to find the right balance between challenging us while also being able to meet us where we were at physically. Being much older than her I did not feel pressured to go farther than my body was prepared for. No injuries have occurred under her watch and we both got a lot stronger from her workouts. After 8 years in the military, it was time for me to move on to the next chapter of my life and become a civilian again. After a little over 6 months out of the military I began to let myself go and allow previous injuries to justify my lack of physical activity to the point where I gained almost 30 pounds I decided to get back in shape and seek help on training smarter to avoid re-injuring my knees. That is how I met Yasmeet better known as "Yaz". After an extensive and intense first training session (don't let her smile fool you she is down right evil on the core circuit after a workout lol) she not only taught me new injury preventative warm ups and stretches for my knees but also ensured I used proper lifting form. Within a few training sessions I was hitting my presurgery squat and deadlift weights with ease. I cannot thank her enough for not only helping me get back into shape but also teaching me how to keep myself healthy and injury free.
